Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day window by starting a return request through your customer account at https://account.adhdthreadz.com. If you checked out using a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

After notifying us, you must return the items within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the full price of the item(s) plus the standard outbound shipping cost. Premium or express shipping upgrades are not refunded. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
• Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Non-EU Customers We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please start your return request at https://account.adhdthreadz.com.
